Kirk W. Knutson

Mr. Knutson is a seasoned professional of bankruptcy and business law practice bringing extensive experience through his work for chapter 7 trustees including the marshalling of assets for bankruptcy estates from Debtors, avoidance claim prosecution, and recovery of preferential and fraudulent transfers from creditors and 3rd parties.

Mr. Knutson is a current member of the Debtor/Creditor section for the Oregon State Bar Association, a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, and is proud to have honorably served our country as a member of the United States Marines.
